Trials are time-limited. After the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue accessing premium features. No payment is required during the trial.
SmartPostHub offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, contact us at support@smartposthub.com with the subject “Refund Request” to receive a full refund. AI credit top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable. After the 30-day window, no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be unavailable due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events. No liability is assumed for downtime.
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant SmartPostHub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and display content solely for service delivery.
You are responsible for legal compliance of your content, intellectual property rights, and platform-specific content policies. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
All SmartPostHub software, branding, designs, and systems are owned by SmartPostHub. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform.

AI-generated outputs are provided “as is”. SmartPostHub does not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or compliance with third-party platform policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
Workspace owners are responsible for the actions of all workspace members. Workspace admins must ensure all members comply with these Terms. SmartPostHub is not liable for internal misuse within workspaces.
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process platform data only as authorized by you and as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Services in violation of any applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, or embargo regulations.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartPostHub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the governing law provisions in Section 17.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
