We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to deliver our platform: Stripe for payment processing, Google and GitHub for authentication, and Meta for social media publishing and analytics. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Account data is retained until you request deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Server logs are retained for 24 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We do not use your personal data, content, or any user-generated material to train third-party AI models. AI features in SmartPostHub use your data only to generate responses and recommendations for your account in real time. Your content remains yours.
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for stored credentials, secure HttpOnly cookies for sessions, strict Content Security Policy headers, HSTS enforcement, and rate limiting on all endpoints.
